The charming River Trace subdivision is quite extensive and it is located on Brice's Creek Road. This subdivision is close to Crump Farm Road and Perrytown Road. Both Highway 70 and Craven County Regional Airport are within easy driving distance. Down the street is the local general store which offers everything from groceries to novelty items. A great place to catch up with the neighbors or grab fishing supplies to spend an afternoon on Brice's Creek. Other subdivisions bordering River Trace include: Snug Harbour, Oakview, Hunter's Ridge, Moss Hill, and the connecting Rock Springs community.

Very established, the River Trace neighborhood is also extensive, and it has two main streets with multiple side roads. Throughout the subdivision you will notice that all the street names are hunting/trapping themed. Possum Trot Road, Wild Turkey Road, Grouse Court, and Jack Rabbit Lane are just some of the street names you will find. River's Trace offers very wooded lots that give a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Landscaping is very maintained and complements the homes well. Homes in this subdivision are in the traditional and ranch style. Many homes also feature fenced-in back yards and have back decks as well.
