General Information

Very established, the Snug Harbour community is located on Brice's Creek Road. Many of the homes in this lovely neighborhood look out onto the Trent River. This neighborhood is just around the corner from Craven County Regional Airport and the Creekside Park. The local General Store is down the street from Sung Harbour and carries everything from groceries to novelty items. A great place to catch up with the neighbors or grab a bite to eat. Highway 70 is also easily accessible for convenience. Other subdivisions near Snug Harbour include River Trace, Oakdale, Hunter's Ridge, and the Moss Hill communities.

Traditional and ranch style homes are situated on wooded lots and offer a wonderful feeling of seclusion. These homes are charmingly landscaped and also have small, decorative trees that complement the landscaping well. Many of these homes have large, fenced-in backyards and back decks. As you drive into the subdivision, homes on the right side of Williamson Drive face the Trent River and offer dramatic views. Private piers, boat slips, and docks are amenities that many of the homes feature. Snug Harbour is not a large neighborhood, but rather cozy. It has only one main street and two side streets, and it is in the shape of an "E".
