What cities does your subdivision guide cover?
Our subdivision guide covers the cities of New Bern, Havelock, Bridgeton, Vanceboro, Cove City, Trent Woods, River Bend, and Dover located in Craven County, North Carolina.

How often do you update your subdivision guide?
We typically scan the county and add new subdivisions every two months.  However, we update our current database of subdivisions whenever we have new information.

Do you guarantee all of the information listed to be correct?
No.  Although we do our best to ensure the most up to date and accurate information, we are human and we do make mistakes.  Our data is only as good as our sources and because of that we do NOT guarantee any of our data to be correct or error free.  Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

Can I submit a correction?
Yes!  We welcome anyone to send us a correction if you find a mistake on our website or subdivision guide.  Please see our contact us page for information on submitting a correction.

No.  NewBernHomeGuide.com is a completely free service.

Why am I required to create a free account after viewing three subdivisions?
In order to cut down on visitors copying our videos, virtual tours, and photographs, we ask that you create a free account.  Registration is simple and takes only a minute.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
Click here to contact us and include your name, email address, and phone number so that we can verify your identity and email you the password for your account.


Linking

Can I use your videos, pictures, and virtual tours on my website?
No.  Our website, videos, virtual tours, and pictures are copyrighted.  However, you are more than welcome to link to an individual subdivision page.  See below for linking information.

How do I link to a subdivision?
It's easy!  Select the subdivision you want to link to below and the URL will be displayed in the text box.

For Builders

How do I get my subdivision listed?
Send us an email using our contact us page with the name and address/intersection of the subdivision in Craven County, NC.  We will send our team out on our next subdivision scan that occurs approximately every two months.  Please note that your subdivision must have an entrance sign in order for it to be included in our directory. 

Can I be a sponsor or advertise on NewBernHomeGuide.com?
At the current time we do not accept sponsors.  However, you can have your new subdivision added to our subdivision guide (if has not been already) free of charge.
